Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Must have original tags attached
- Must be in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Size Exchange (Important)
We understand sizing can vary.
👉 We offer a one-time size exchange for T-shirts:
- Item must meet return conditions
- Customer may need to cover one-way shipping cost
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@alltrendmart.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items without tags
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Product Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings
- Minor size differences may occur due to manufacturing
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet return conditions:
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging
